jus came back from training today. 5km again!

and its getting tougher.

saw steve today my coach.
the "quite handsome" coach quoted frm johnson.
oh well, hmmm his bl*** or what.!hahaha
seriously he don't look like a coach la.oopss
alright gotta rest well den, whole body is aching.
