My dear boy, I'm glad to see that you are able to breathe on your own today but of course I know you are having some difficulties as you are coughing quite a lot and you have a lot of phlegm as well. You are having fever today and hopefully by Thursday you will be well for your second operation. Doctor said all those movements from you are your reflexes, your involuntary movements. Please proof him wrong and respond to him and us during your assessment everyday. You yawned so much this evening, your mouth opened really big and you were loud while you were yawning. I guess you must be very tired and I left, for you to rest. Be strong, I love you!
