I made approximatively 80 curry puffs on Father's Day. Not that daddy loves curry puff and not that I really fancy them but I'm just curious to find out how to make those curry puffs with the spiral skins that the 1A crispy puffs are selling. I managed to get the texture of the skin though but I still prefer Old Chang Kee's curry puff with the thick crust at the edge which I'll always bite them off first:)
